Our Team.
Any who have had a beer with us will be familiar with the two bearded barmen, Earl & Harry who head up our front of house. Having first worked together in Japan in 2016 the pair bring a combined 45 years of hospitality experience to the plate. And if you're dining with us, expect to be wowed by our high quality pub style menu, curated by our head chef, Eliza and her sidekick Luke, as our floor service guru, Josephine caters to your every need.

We like to keep it pretty casual at the Brewers, this is a just a great inner city local. We pride ourselves on a warm friendly atmosphere. It is the kind of place where everyone knows your name. The food is always spot on, the beers are always super cold and our staff are always welcoming!! Its just a good pub!
